Books that are not yet overdue, have not been requested by another borrower, or reached the renewal limit may be renewed using the View Your Library Record function of the catalog. Patrons may also renew by email. Please note, reserve items cannot be renewed.

Overdue Books and Fines

Daily fines for overdue books are charged as follows:

     General collection materials: 20 cents/day
     Recalled materials: 40 cents/day
Materials on reserve: see Business Library staff

A borrower who fails to return a book after the second overdue notice has been sent will be charged for replacement. In addition, the borrowing privileges will be suspended. Overdue fines are waived when a replacement charge for the lost book has been paid.

Only authorized borrowers may place recalls. A book may be recalled from another borrower after it has been on loan for a minimum of two weeks. Recalled item due dates will automatically change to precede the original due dates. Books needed for reserve are recalled immediately.
